Welcome to the Zebra ScaleUp program!
Starting with the Ecosystem Event in October 7th, the program will run until Spring of 2026. No need to block your calendar—our program is designed to maximize your time in three focused phases.
Everyone is welcome to attend the Ecosystem Event. From there, our team will select 20 companies for an intensive bootcamp, and 10 will advance to the final stage: personalized 1-on-1 expert training.

To kick off the project, an Ecosystem event takes place in October 7th, 2025. The Ecosystem event will be held as a hybrid event. During the event you have a chance to hear from multiple industry experts on our three key topics: RDI, Business Design and Finance & Funding.
From the Ecosystem Event, twenty (20) standout companies will be selected to join our Bootcamp. This phase of the program will be based on building your scaleup roadmap. The bootcamp also includes hands-on workshops covering key areas such as securing investments, scaling into new markets, developing products or services, building strong teams, refining business models, and navigating stock launches, mergers, and acquisitions.
1-on-1 Training
Following the bootcamp, ten (10) chosen companies will advance to the final phase: 1-on-1 Training. In this exclusive stage, each company will receive tailored coaching from our team of experts, designed to elevate your business to new heights. The program will culminate in our highly anticipated Demo Day, where Zebra companies will showcase their revitalized ventures in front of an audience ready to be impressed.
